Wonderful raises $550M at a $5B valuation for its enterprise AI operating system
The Israeli-Dutch company more than doubled its valuation in under six months; Insight Partners led and Salesforce joined.
Wonderful, the Israeli-Dutch company building what it calls an "AI operating system" for enterprises, has raised a $550 million Series C at a $5 billion valuation. It raised a $150 million Series B at $2 billion in March 2026, so its valuation has more than doubled in under six months.
Who invested
- Lead: Insight Partners
- Returning: Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners
- New: Salesforce
From support bots to a platform
Wonderful started out building AI agents for customer service. It has since widened into a platform that coordinates AI agents, workflows and applications with a company's own data and existing systems, and it works with any AI model.
The company operates in more than 35 countries. From the start it focused on non-English-speaking markets, where many US-first AI tools have been slower to fit in.
What the money is for
Wonderful says it will use the round to:
- Speed up product development.
- Hire more forward-deployed engineers who work inside customer teams to get agents into production.
- Keep up with customer demand.
Why it matters
Two things stand out:
- A $5 billion valuation in six months shows how much investors are paying for companies that can put agents into real enterprise operations, not just demos.
- Salesforce joining as an investor is notable, since the CRM giant is pushing its own agent platform hard.
For SaaS buyers, it's more evidence that the "operating system for agents" layer is becoming a product category of its own. That layer sits above the individual apps companies already pay for.
