By visiting, browsing, registering for an account, submitting press releases, contributing articles, or utilizing our interactive tools, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

If you are using Appboxs on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authorization to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue using the site immediately.

Appboxs publishes independent technology journalism, SaaS news, workflow guides, product comparisons, and industry trends. All articles, analyses, and commentary are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Interactive Tools & Utilities: Appboxs provides free browser-based utilities (including our Airtable Formula Generator, Email Signature Generator, and UTM Campaign Builder). These tools generate output using automated client-side algorithms. While we strive for accuracy:

• Tools and formulas are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• You are solely responsible for testing and validating any generated formula, code snippet, or HTML template in a non-production staging environment before deploying it to live workflows.
• Appboxs is not liable for data loss, workflow interruptions, or configuration errors resulting from the use of generated assets.

Certain features of Appboxs—such as submitting announcements, drafting articles, and viewing submission status—require account authentication.

• Magic Link Authentication: Appboxs uses passwordless email magic links. You are responsible for maintaining control of and secure access to the email address associated with your account.
• Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and form submission.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate accounts that violate our anti-spam policies, submission rules, or attempt to bypass security checks.

When you submit a press release through our submission portal (/press-releases/submit), you agree to the following binding terms:

• Editorial Discretion: Appboxs editorial staff reviews all submissions. We reserve the unconditioned right to reject, edit for formatting, categorize, or request revisions on any submission prior to publication.
• Takedown & Correction: If a published press release is later discovered to contain material misrepresentations, copyright infringements, or violates regulatory standards, Appboxs reserves the right to modify or remove the release immediately without prior notice.
• License Grant: By submitting a release, you grant Appboxs a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to publish, display, index, archive, and syndicate the text, logos, and accompanying media kit assets.

Appboxs accepts original guest post drafts from software practitioners, founders, and engineers via our contributor program (/write-for-us).

• Originality & Plagiarism: All submitted drafts must be the author's original, previously unpublished work. Submissions generated primarily by low-quality AI auto-spinners or containing plagiarized paragraphs will be summarily rejected.
• No Deceptive Link Schemes: Submissions intended solely for link manipulation, disguised sponsored placements, or containing misleading affiliate redirects will not be approved. Any commercial relationships or affiliations must be transparently disclosed.
• Editorial Right of Modification: Our editors reserve the right to edit headlines, proofread copy, optimize technical structure, and adjust outbound links to comply with search quality guidelines.
• Publication License: Authors retain copyright of their original ideas while granting Appboxs an exclusive first-publication license followed by a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, translate, and feature the article across our media channels with author attribution.

Appboxs displays sponsorships, banner placements, and sponsored guides in accordance with our Advertising Standards.

All commercial relationships, paid placements, and sponsored tutorials are clearly identified as such. Appboxs does not endorse any third-party product or service advertised on the site.

Our articles and tools contain outbound hyperlinks to third-party services (e.g. GitHub, SaaS vendors, documentation portals). Appboxs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or availability of external websites.

The Appboxs name, brand assets, site architecture, editorial content, illustrations, and software code are the intellectual property of Appboxs and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Nominative Fair Use of Trademarks: Any third-party brand names, company logos, or product trademarks referenced in our guides, tool generators, or articles (including Airtable, Softr, HubSpot, Notion, Google, and others) are the property of their respective trademark holders. They are used on Appboxs purely for nominative, descriptive, and comparative identification purposes. Appboxs is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these trademark owners unless explicitly stated.

When using Appboxs, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Bypassing, disabling, or attempting to defeat bot protection mechanisms (including Cloudflare Turnstile challenges, rate limits, or honeypot defenses).
• Using automated crawlers, scrapers, or bots to flood our submission endpoints, forms, or comment fields with spam.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, administrative dashboards, Supabase databases, or server environments.
• Submitting malicious payloads, SQL injection attempts, cross-site scripting (XSS), or content hosting viruses or malware.
• Impersonating any person, business executive, company, or entity in press release dispatches or contributor bylines.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Appboxs website, services, news coverage, and interactive tools are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Appboxs, its founders, editors, authors, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or technological downtime) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time. When updates are made, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of Appboxs following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
