T-Mobile T-Mix leak: three tiers and a "picks" currency for phone deals and perks

Leaks reported October 1 describe T-Mix Standard, More and Loaded plans where picks are spent on phone promos and subscriptions; T-Mobile has not confirmed any of it.

Key takeaways
  • Leaks describe three tiers, T-Mix Standard, More and Loaded, with per-line picks capped at 4, 12 and 20.
  • Picks would be spent on phone promos and perks such as Xbox Game Pass, YouTube Premium and Google AI.
  • T-Mobile has not announced T-Mix; prices, pick costs, launch date and legacy plan treatment are unconfirmed.

T-Mobile has not announced them yet, but leaked details published on October 1, 2026 describe a new plan family called T-Mix that lets customers spend a points-style currency called "picks" on phone promotions and subscription perks. The reporting comes from The Mobile Report, which cites a tipster and a Reddit post. T-Mobile has not confirmed any of it.

What the leaks describe

  • Three tiers: T-Mix Standard, T-Mix More and T-Mix Loaded. The Mobile Report did not publish prices in the articles reviewed here.
  • Picks: Each line earns picks, and the number depends on the tier. According to a Reddit comment cited by The Mobile Report, Standard is capped at 4 picks, More at 12 and Loaded at 20.
  • Promos tied to picks: A phone deal costs picks rather than being tied to the plan. The examples given are $1,200 off a new iPhone with an eligible trade (3 picks) and $1,100 off a Motorola razr with a trade (2 picks). Some low-end promos reportedly cost none.
  • Autopay discount: A separate report says the plan may include a $10 per line autopay discount with no cap at 8 lines. This is based on sources and is not official.

The reported perk list

A tipster saw these on the add-on list for an iPhone Handoff line. They do not appear on standard voice lines.

CategoryReported perks
Video and sportsESPN Unlimited, YouTube Premium and Premium Lite, Hulu and Netflix (both labeled "Founding T-Mix Member Offer")
Gaming and AIXbox Game Pass Ultimate, Google AI Plus 2TB, Google AI Pro
OtherSiriusXM All Access (app only), DashPass by DoorDash, 500 free Delta miles per month

It is unclear whether this list is complete. Paramount+ and Apple Music are not on it.

What is still unknown

  • How picks are spent, and whether they are deducted for the length of a device installment plan.
  • How many picks each perk costs.
  • Whether customers can drop a perk to free up picks for a phone promotion.
  • How legacy plans, including ONE, will be affected. The Mobile Report said it is unclear whether T-Mix is a new offering or a rename.
  • The launch date. The Mobile Report said the announcement had been delayed and that signs point to mid or late October. The author called this speculation.

The Mobile Report also notes that its Reddit source post was reportedly removed and cannot be verified.

Why it matters

T-Mobile appears to be turning a phone plan into a bundle you configure, with a fixed budget of picks to spend across devices and subscriptions. That is the same model many SaaS vendors use with seat credits or add-on marketplaces, and it changes what a customer is comparing. They compare a total value they assemble themselves, not a price per line. If you resell, manage or budget for company phone lines, wait for the official announcement before changing plans, because pick costs and legacy plan treatment will decide whether the bundle is actually cheaper.
