MyEthniki Customer Portal

Customer Portal, ((https://my.ethniki-asfalistiki.gr/) providing self-registered and authorised customers with a summary and analytical view of their insurance policies within 3 lines of business (Motor, Fire, Life & Health). Each customer can also pay for the policies’ renewals, activate the electronic-only shipment of bills, as well as manage the standing orders associated with them. A separate admin application assists Call Center agents to review/retry/continue the authorization process on behalf of the customers who initially failed.

OPAP Opaponline Portal

A public portal accessible by anonymous and registered users, making available all numeric games by OPAP S.A. (KINO, Lotto, Joker, etc).. The project delivers personalised content to registered users through a complex setting of Liferay’s DXP corresponding features and incorporates extensive interactions and integrations with OPAP’s back-end systems. After initial development using the exact technologies requested in this tender, continuous application support was provided which has to abide by strict SLAs (24x7, 365 days, 99,999% uptime). Integration with OPAP’s PAM internal system (for user registration, authentication and authorization, playing history, wallet, etc), other OPAP’s sites, Salesforce platform and 3rd-party vendor systems (for lottery results, profits, etc). LDAP (AD) Integration, Rest API Integration with Salesforce (front end integration using Lightning), Power BI, SOAP API Integration with Sharepoint, Siebel.

An extranet portal that consists of 6 different sites for bidirectional communication between OPAP (the leading Lottery & Betting provider) and all its Agents/Offices: 3500 OPAP Agencies 350 OPAP Play Points 400 OPAP Laheia Points (so far and still growing) The Portal offers bidirectional Communication channels such as chatbot and live chat, custom messaging, ticketing, mobile app, forms with workflows, pending tasks with Salesforce, Employee management, Credit pool transfer and reservation, polls & questionnaires. One way communication channels are: announcements, ticker, document distribution and management, mini site for promotions, reports, push notifications.
