CWS - An experience for Generali

Generali's agency network expressed the need for a single, centralized access point to streamline communication with the company. The fragmentation of existing tools and channels made it difficult to manage information and interactions between headquarters and local business units. To address this need, a multi-company portal was developed using the Liferay DXP 7.2 platform. It allows agents, brokers, and bank branch staff to access business applications provided by the company in real time. The portal also offers access to essential documentation — such as general insurance conditions (GIC), forms, and disclosures — helping to improve operational efficiency and service quality. To further support internal communication, an interactive calendar was integrated into the platform. This tool summarizes requests and interactions between headquarters and various business units, making it easier to monitor and manage ongoing activities.
